The consumer can generate vend code online by making payment in http://meprepaidmeter.in web portal. Once Consumer generates the Vend Code, through the portal, by making payment online, then the payment cannot be refunded or cancelled. Refund is only allowed if Consumer is not being able to generate Vend code due to system error. In case consumer makes multiple payments accidentally, then the excess amounts will be added to his or her existing balance amount in the meter when the respective vend codes of the excess amounts are used by the consumer.
